General Counsel and Director

Our firm was selected to guide the US counterpart of an entity responsible for managing a UNESCO Category II World Heritage Site in West Africa, which is also the personal legacy of a former Governor. Our lawyers were principally responsible for structure of the organization and the corporate chair, Kahiga Tiagha, was asked to join the organization’s board. On a visit to the Heritage Site in West Africa, Mr. Tiagha was among a small group of directors who created a strategic vision and organizational plan and was selected amongst the group to report the plan summary to the Board of Directors of the US organization’s African counterpart.
